The Following is an Excerpt from this Book

Trust is an element of belief reposed in somebody or sincerity, honesty, skill, or power vested in others. From centuries back, people have been building trust with close relations like parents, friends, teachers, domestic help, pets, cattle, etc. People come to terms with what they can expect from someone or something and build trust with their credibility.

An individual’s experience in life is zero if he has not received flak in the past and thereby lost faith in someone or something. It is one of the lessons of life so you have to know that not all people can keep their promises at every stage of life. The pain of having human faith shattered is because of the understandings that things will continue as it is. It is not true at all. The life cyclical ensures that all things are going to change; the transition is the only permanent process that one can definitely anticipate.

People get hurt, particularly in relationships when their trust fails, which is acceptable. The error happens in the method of applying it to other people regardless of gender, and one begins to anticipate the unreliability syndrome. The attraction force tells what people focus on the interest is automatically drawn towards it. The human faith works in the same way. Building trust takes time, but when it is achieved, the effect prevails over the human mind and lingers for long until it is broken by breach of faith.

Thus, one should accept the fact that trusts are created only to be broken. One should recognize the past trauma, analyze it, process it, and remove it from mind and body. Holding it in will not serve the purpose whereas by venting it out, one feels immense relief. History should be buried behind. If one does this, he can then attempt the next milestone. Reminiscing the same scenario time and again is a signal that the chequered past is still haunting the person. Also, one should start by placing trust in the new situation, a new person and the next wavelength. The urge for leaving them forever is the essence of life when one constantly equates them to past bitter experiences.

A word of suggestion is that building trust is a time-consuming process of slow evolution. Also, if people find it challenging to build trust in a specific situation, there may be a valid reason behind it, so they must not force themselves.

When applying the concept of trust to business, the onus lies with the company to establish credibility. How the entrepreneur is keeping up the reputation of the business is always a talking point. There are no guidelines or ground formulas that can be implemented to maintain a trust relationship. It needs to be built with time. That is what attributes it to be a business challenge. It takes due diligence and meticulous thought process, and then only a proper trust seems visible.
