3. I bought the wrong book

We emphasize on the importance of going through all the details of your order before you complete the order because IntroBooks provides you with a digital version of the book that is available immediately after your purchase. The digital nature of these books makes them not returnable.

11. My books have been downloaded where can I find it?

If you download your book on a mobile phone or your tablet, then it will be available on the home page of your phone. On the other hand, if you download it on your computer, then the book will be download to your computer’s Download folder or on any of the folders of your choice based on your customization of downloads for the browser you are using. In most cases, you can check the browser’s settings to find out where the file has been downloaded.
