The Following is an Excerpt from this Book

Has anyone ever thought of doing something or starting a fresh commercial venture, working day and night tirelessly, putting in a lot of time and effort, but ending up struggling? Has anybody ever faced a situation where he has left the stage dejected, and others have got it right? Many individuals believe that sometimes things get so complicated even after putting in a lot of hard work that they end up without getting any positive outcome, just to find out that others have made it successful the moment they leave. Why is this happening? Why can others achieve it, but a particular person tastes failure?
The answer is simple. The word ‘hard work’ is so overhyped that it is the only additive required in the recipe of excellence that people have begun to believe. It is clear that one needs fruits to make fruit juice, but can the perfect juice be made with fruits alone? Other ingredients are also required, like sugar and spices, to add flavor. One should be sensitive to those things that will take time to develop when they begin something new – a project or a business. Here, one can take the help of a universal law identified as ‘The Law of Gestation’ to clarify this narrative straightforwardly.
The law of gestation applies to all aspects of human lives. Every enterprise one creates, every mission one aims to accomplish, all that people work to make happen requires a while to evolve and develop until people can actually notice the outcome. It’s like a tree plantation; the bedding of seed is the primary action. Subsequently, the seed will require its own time to germinate. All people can do is provide the right atmosphere and feed it every day.
Similarly, it applies to any other domain or any goal individuals are after. People might adopt whatever strategies in hand and put in all possible efforts, but the result cannot be changed! The consequence will come as and when it is due.
It does not necessarily imply that people should avoid making positive efforts. An honest dedication is the most essential of all. Responsible initiatives are equally important. To be consistent, one must keep repeating things until they produce the desired results. People often think that working harder would instantly provide them the results. However, the hard work burden seems to go futile, as the outcome is not immediately visible. People end up finding them completely drained. Working hard without any reason and wanting the results with the flick of a finger is virtually impossible. The only outcome you’re going to experience is just the fatigue of working hard. Everything needs its sweet time. In the case of dogs, it takes about 63 days to give birth to a puppy while reproducing a human baby; it generally takes 280 days. Can a gynecologist force an infant out of the mother’s womb within a month? Any concept of a business venture has to pass some period of gestation. It could be weeks, months, or even years. There are no agreed norms, but one defined aspect is that people need to be careful and consistent!
In contrast to the law of attraction, the law of gestation is an essential factor to observe and practice. One should not foresee or shorten the process to reap the benefits overnight. Doing so can indicate a quicker return, but the performance is still affected. Acquiring wealth often includes a time of gestation. The timing depends on the level of skill, experience, perception, desire, concentration, and, above all, belief in oneself. Farmers should get the paddy fields ready before they ask for rain from Heaven. Faith is lost without corresponding action. People need to act on their convictions. There is no need for a sprint, and there should also be no unwanted delay. One needs to be patient, diligent, and thoroughly updated. One should complement the law of gestation, and with honest desires straight from the heart, the law will come to give him plenty of returns.
