The Following is an Excerpt from this Book

The Law of Attraction is an abstract theory that states that positive thoughts draw favorable events in one’s life, while negative feelings cause undesirable outcomes. It is founded on the postulate that human thoughts are a kind of energy. Besides, positive energy brings prosperity to all aspects of life. It includes health, wealth, and human connections. At the same time, novels like “The Secret” have brought the Law of Attraction to the public’s notice in recent years. However, it lacks scientific backing for its assertions and is often regarded as a pseudoscience.
Similar objects are driven towards one another. It indicates that people are drawn to like-minded people, but it also implies that people’s ideas are drawn to similar outcomes. Positive thinking is thought to attract desired situations, while negative thinking is supposed to attract undesirable ones. According to this law, removing unpleasant things from human life might allow room for more positive things to enter. It is based on the doctrine that there can never be a space in one’s mind or existence. This law emphasizes that there are always things people can do to improve the current situation. While the present may always be faulty, this law suggests that instead of feeling dread or dissatisfied, people should concentrate their efforts on finding methods to make the present situation the most perfect it can be. As per the Law of Attraction, people build their reality. What people put to attention is what they attract into their life. It implies that what they expect to happen in life actually happens.
The following are some of the things one may try to apply to bring the law of attraction into his life:
• Practice gratitude
• Visualize the objectives
• Look for the positives in a given scenario
• Learn to recognize negative thought processes
• Apply positive affirmations
• Reframe unfavorable occurrences in a more positive frame of mind
